Majestic Day Spa is here to give you the royal
treatment you desire! Our professional therapists aim to provide
exceptional customer service and personal care so you will return and recommend
your friends and family.
Accepted Forms of Payment – We
accept cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express and
Gift Certificates. A credit card number is required to secure
all appointments.
Cancellation Policy -- In the event that you need to
cancel your scheduled appointment we require at least 24 hours
notice. For Spa
Packages (appointments 2 hours or longer) we require 48 hours
notice. In
the case of a same day cancellation or if you do not show up
for your appointment you will be charged the full price of
your service.
Referral Program – We are confident that you will
enjoy your experience at Majestic Day Spa and we want you to
share your experience with your friends and family. For this reason, we
are delighted to offer referral incentives and loyalty points to our valued
clients.
Corporate Packages – Corporate Packages are available. Ask for details.
Product Home Care – For best results we will recommend that you
use professional products daily at home. Your esthetician or massage therapist
will recommend the appropriate home care regimen to maintain your results
between visits.

ETIQUETTE
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your
appointment in order to fill out necessary paperwork and
to change into your spa attire, if necessary. Spa attire
and slippers will be provided.
Please undress to your comfort level for body treatments. Underwear
or swimsuits may be worn if you wish. Your
therapist will keep your body draped with sheets during the
treatment and uncover only the areas being worked on. With
treatments such as body wraps, you will be draped with hand towels in order
to reap maximum benefits.
When receiving a body wrap or salt glow, do not shave or wax your legs
at least 8 hours prior to treatment.
For gentlemen, please shave two hours before your facial treatment.
We want you to be comfortable. We are here to make
this the most relaxing and beneficial treatment for you, so please tell us if you have pain or
discomfort so we can address it. We respect clients who prefer to remain
silent during treatments.
Allow yourself to relax and enjoy the benefits of the spa and
allow your therapist to “do for you." Please know that you must
leave the room upon completion of treatment within a reasonable amount
of time as the room must be prepared for the next appointment.
Please know that you are in a professional day spa and do not expect anything
other than therapeutic or spa treatments.
Due to safety reasons, the maximum occupancy of each
spa room is 2. Anyone
accompanying you to your spa services is welcome to wait in
the reception area. However, children under 12 may not be
left unattended and you will be asked to reschedule your
appointment.
Give honest feedback to the therapists, as operational
personnel care to know if your spa experience was as you expected.
As in all service-related businesses, it is common
practice to tip the person who provided good service and
care. The
rule of thumb in day spas is 15% or more of the cost of the
treatment.
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Unless noted,
gift certificates for treatments and/or packages do not include gratuities.
